INFORMASI JADWAL UJIAN TENGAH SEMESTER GENAP 2023/2024

Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,

Menindaklanjuti Surat Keputusan Rektor Nomor. 725/SK-REK/SP/VII/2022 tentang Pemulihan Proses Pembelajaran dan Kegiatan Akademik di Lingkungan Universitas Islam Indonesia maka pelaksanaan Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) Genap TA 2023/2024 akan dilaksanakan secara luring di kampus Fakultas Teknologi Industri (FTI). Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, berikut kami informasikan bahwa:

  1. Sesuai kalender akademik UII, perkuliahan tahap I berakhir tanggal  3 Mei 2024.
  2. Pelaksanaan UTS mengikuti jadwal UTS pada tanggal 13 – 22 Mei 2024, rincian jadwal UTS dapat diakses pada https://s.id/JadwalUTSGenap23-24FTI.
  3. Khusus MKWU, mengikuti ketentuan dari Universitas (Direktorat Layanan Akademik) yang dapat dilihat pada tautan berikut ini (informasi MKWU: [email protected]).
  4. Peserta ujian wajib membawa kartu identitas (KTM, KTP atau SIM) ketika mengikuti ujian.
  5. Mahasiswa diwajibkan login ke SIM NKMD (portal.fit.uii.ac.id) untuk mendapatkan kartu ujian online.
  6. Mahasiswa wajib memperlihatkan kartu ujian online kepada pengawas ujian saat akan memasuki ruang ujian. Setelah itu HP atau gawai bisa dimasukkan ke dalam tas dan diletakkan di depan (kecuali ada izin memakai perangkat gawai dari dosen/pengawas).
  7. Apabila terdapat jadwal ujian yang bertabrakan (bentrok), dimohon 2 hari sebelum pelaksanaan ujian menghubungi Divisi Administrasi Akademik di Ruang Layanan Lantai Basement Gedung K.H. Mas Mansur.  
  8. Jika terjadi permasalahan terkait teknis ujian harap melaporkan kepada panitia ujian di ruang panitia di Ruang 01.06 lantai 1 Gedung K.H. Mas Mansur sayap utara. 
  9. Perkuliahan tahap II Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2023/2024 akan dimulai  27 Mei – 12 Juli 2024.

TATA TERTIB UJIAN

Ketentuan:

  1. Peserta Ujian adalah mahasiswa FTI-UII yang telah memenuhi syarat administrasi ujian (key in).
  2. Selama mengikuti ujian peserta harus berpakaian sopan/rapi/bersepatu, mahasiswa tidak diperkenankan mengenakan kaos oblong/topi/sandal/kacamata hitam.
  3. Peserta ujian WAJIB membawa peralatan ujian sendiri dan identitas yang memuat foto diri, seperti KTP, KTM atau SIM.
  4. Ujian hanya dilaksanakan pada jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.
  5. Batas peserta ujian yang terlambat hadir, maksimal 30 menit.

Kewajiban dan Larangan Peserta Ujian selama ujian berlangsung.

1. Wajib:

  • Mematikan segala alat komunikasi (smartphone dan sejenisnya) kecuali ketentuan khusus soal.
  • Terdaftar di daftar hadir ujian oleh petugas.
  • Menunjukkan kartu identitas, yang memuat foto diri (KTM, SIM, atau KTP).
  • Mentaati tata tertib ujian, menjaga kebersihan dan ketenangan, bersikap sopan terhadap pengawas dan peserta ujian lainnya.

2. Dilarang:

  • Izin ke kamar mandi saat ujian berlangsung. Peserta diberikan kesempatan ke kamar mandi sebelum ujian dimulai.
  • Mengerjakan soal di luar waktu yang ditetapkan.
  • Membuka catatan (buku dan sejenisnya) atau Notebook (tablet dan sejenisnya) kecuali ada ketentuan yang memperbolehkan.
  • Saling pinjam-meminjam alat/sarana pendukung ujian.
  • Kerja sama/mencontek/sejenisnya.

3. Mohon diperhatikan:

  • Meninggalkan ruang ujian berarti selesai mengerjakan ujian.
  • Peserta ujian yang melanggar tata tertib ujian dapat dikenakan sanksi berupa: teguran dari pengawas, atau tidak diproses hasil ujiannya dan dianggap gugur, atau skorsing dari status kemahasiswaannya bagi peserta ujian yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan disiplin mahasiswa.

We would like to inform all students of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas Islam Indonesia, regarding the Mid Semester Examination (UTS) for Even Semester Academic Year 2023/2024 will be held offline at the Faculty of Industrial Technology. Please pay attention to the following information:

  1. According to the UII Academic Calendar, first lectures will end on 3rd May 2024.
  2. The UTS will be held on 13 – 22 May 2024.
  3. Especially for MKWU courses, the UTS schedule can be seen at the following link (for questions about MKWU, please send mail to: [email protected])
  4. Exam participants MUST bring their own test equipment and identity that includes a photo of themselves, such as KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), KTM (Student Card), or SIM (Driving License).
  5. Examinees are required to log in to the SIM NKMD to get an online exam card and show it to the staff when enter the exam room. After that, the cellphone or gadget can be put in the bag and placed in front (unless there is permission to use the device from the lecturer/staff).
  6. If there is a conflicting exam schedule, please contact the Academic Administration Division 2 days before the exam in the Integrated Service Office on the basement floor of the Mas Mansur Building.
  7. If there are problems related to the technical exam, please report them to the exam committee in the committee room in Room 01.06, 1st floor, Mas Mansur Building, north wing.
  8. Second phase lectures of Even Semester Academic Year 2023/2024 will be held on 27 May – 12 July 2024.

EXAM RULES

Regulation:

  1. Examination participants are FTI UII students who have met the exam administrative requirements.
  2. While taking the exam participants must dress politely/neatly/wear shoes, students are not allowed to wear T-shirts/hats/sandals/black glasses.
  3. Exam participants MUST bring their own test equipment and identity that includes a photo of themselves, such as KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), KTM (Student Card), or SIM (Driving License).
  4. Examinees are required to log in to the SIM NKMD to get an online exam card and show it to the staff when enter the exam room. After that, the cellphone or gadget can be put in the bag and placed in front (unless there is permission to use the device from the lecturer/staff).
  5. If there is a conflicting exam schedule, please contact the Academic Administration Division 2 days before the exam in the Integrated Service Office on the basement floor of the Mas Mansur Building.
  6. Exams are only carried out on a predetermined schedule.
  7. The limit for examinees who are late for attendance is a maximum of 30 minutes.
  8. If there are problems related to the technical exam, please report them to the exam committee in the committee room in Room 01.06, 1st floor, Mas Mansur Building, north wing.

Obligations and Prohibitions of Examination Participants during the Exam.

      1. Must:
        – Turn off all communication devices (smartphones and the like) except for the specific questions.
        – Registered on the examination attendance list by the official.
        – Show an identity card, which contains a photo of yourself (KTM, SIM, or KTP).
        – Obey exam rules, maintain cleanliness and calm, and be polite to officer and other examinees
      2. Don’t:
        – Work on questions outside the set time.
        – Open notes (books and the like) or notebooks (tablets and the like) unless there are provisions that allow it.
        – Borrow and borrowing tools to support the exam.
        – Collaboration/cheating/something like that.
      3. Pay attention:
        – Leaving the exam room means finishing the exam.
        – Examination participants who violate the exam rules may be subject to sanctions in the form of: a warning from the supervisor, or not processing their exam results and considered failing, or suspension from their student status for examinees who are proven to have committed violations as stipulated in the student discipline regulations.
