Informasi Key In RAS FTI UII Semester Genap 2025/2026 [Announcement of Key in RAS FTI UII Even Semester 2025/2026]

Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,
Masa key in adalah pengajuan rencana kegiatan akademik yang dilakukan mahasiswa secara langsung dengan mendaftar mata kuliah yang akan diambil ke dalam Rencana Akademik Semester (RAS) secara online menggunakan Menu UIIRAS di gateway.uii.ac.id. Proses ini dikenal juga sebagai proses key in.
Masa persiapan kuliah Semester Genap 2025/2026 diawali dengan KRS atau key in RAS. Tanpa KEY IN RAS, status akademik Saudara akan berubah menjadi nonaktif secara otomatis. Adapun mahasiswa yang sudah tidak mengambil mata kuliah reguler namun sedang mengerjakan Skripsi, Tugas Akhir, atau akan Ujian Pendadaran, tetap Wajib melakukan Key in RAS pada mata kuliah tersebut.
Syarat Key-In RAS: telah melunasi tagihan SPP Angsuran 3 TA. 2025/2026 (19 Januari – 25 Februari 2026).
Berikut Jadwal pelaksanaan Key-in RAS Semester Genap 2025/2026:

Fakultas Teknologi Industri tidak memiliki masa pra key-in. Mahasiswa melakukan key-in mandiri, kecuali mahasiswa angkatan tertentu (lihat tabel di bawah) yang pengambilan mata kuliahnya dipaketkan (dikey-inkan oleh petugas).
Mohon pastikan key in berhasil dilakukan (bukan hanya masuk keranjang). Untuk memverifikasi key in berhasil atau tidak, silakan Saudara membuka menu Isian atau laporan pada UIIRAS.
Mata kuliah yang sudah diambil (key in) bisa dihapus melalui menu isian selama masa key in dan revisi key in.

Bagi Mahasiswa yang akan melakukan cuti akademik harus mengajukan izin cuti akademik melalui UIIGateway.
Masa Pengajuan Cuti: 25 Februari – 14 April 2026
Prosedur pengajuan cuti dapat diakses pada tautan berikut.
Apabila menemui kendala key in:
- Mengisi google form kendala key in pada tautan bit.ly/akademikfti.
- Menghubungi admin program studi masing-masing atau WhatsApp Layanan Akademik FTI pada nomor 0877-0011-6621.

Please be advised, that the 2025/2026 Even Semester period begins with the subject’s registration for study plan or commonly called as “key in RAS’. Failure to complete the Key-In RAS process will affect the student’s academic status (become inactive).
This applies not only to students enrolling in regular courses but also to those working on their Undergraduate Thesis, Final Project, or preparing for their Undergraduate Thesis Defense.
The Key-In process serves as the students’ submission of their academic plan, carried out by registering the courses they intend to take online via the UIIRAS Menu at gateway.uii.ac.id.

Please note that the Faculty of Industrial Technology does not conduct a Pre-Key-In phase. Students are responsible for conducting their own key-in, except for those in study programs where courses are bundled by the department (in which case the key-in process will be handled by the academic staff).
Please make sure that the Key-In process is successful by verifying that the selected courses have been moved from the registration basket. To check whether the key in is successful, use the Fill or Report menu in the UII RAS menu.

For students planning to take academic leave:
Applications for academic leave must be submitted via UIIGateway.
Leave applications will be processed between February 25, – April 14, 2026 by the respective study program.
