INFORMASI JADWAL UAS & REMEDIAL GENAP 2023/2024 (INFORMATION OF THE EVEN TERM FINAL & REMEDIAL EXAMINATION 2023/2024)

Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,

Diberitahukan kepada seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Islam Indonesia, terkait pelaksanaan Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) dan Ujian Remedial Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2023/2024, berikut kami informasikan bahwa:

  1. Sesuai kalender akademik UII, perkuliahan tahap II berakhir tanggal  12 Juli 2024.
  2. Pelaksanaan UAS mengikuti jadwal UAS pada tanggal 17-30 Juli 2024, rincian jadwal UAS dapat diakses pada https://s.id/JadwalUASGenap23-24FTI
  3. Ujian Remedial dilaksanakan pada 12-16 Agustus 2024 dan wajib melakukan key-in tanggal 6 dan 7 Agustus 2024. Adapun Rincian Agenda Remedial sebagai berikut:
1. Key-in 6 Agustus 2024 pukul 08:00-16:00 WIB (Tutorial key-in: youtube.com/watch?v=kiiNpm7HkSg).
7 Agustus 2024 pukul 08:00-15:00 WIB
2. Pembayaran Biaya Remedial 7 Agustus 2024 mulai pukul 17:00 WIB sampai 8 Agustus 2024 pukul 16:00 WIB Pembayaran biaya remedial sesuai dengan nilai yang tercantum pada UIITagihan di UIIGateway.
3. Ujian Remedial 12-16 Agustus 2024 Jadwal dan ruang Ujian Remedial bisa dilihat pada tautan: Jadwal Remedial Genap 2023/2024 (mohon secara berkala cek jadwal karena ada update jadwal dan ruang)
  1. Jika tidak melakukan pembayaran tagihan yang tertera sampai waktu yang ditentukan, maka mata kuliah remedial yang sudah diambil otomatis akan terhapus oleh sistem meskipun sudah melakukan key-in.
    *Jika masih pada posisi keranjang (belum keyin) tidak akan mendapat tagihan, dan tidak terdaftar sebagai peserta remedial.
  2. Fakultas Teknologi Industri tidak melayani key-in susulan remedial, Key in dilaksanakan tanggal 6 dan 7 Agustus 2024 sesuai SK Rektor Nomor 473/SK-Rek/DLA/VII/2024.
  3. Biaya Ujian Remedial Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2023/2024 dapat dilihat di sini.
  4. Khusus Mata Kuliah Wajib Universitas (MKWU), jadwal ujian mengikuti ketentuan dari Universitas (Direktorat Layanan Akademik) yang dapat dilihat pada tautan berikut (informasi MKWU silakan menghubungi: [email protected]).
  5. Peserta ujian wajib membawa kartu identitas (KTM, KTP atau SIM) ketika mengikuti ujian.
  6. Mahasiswa diwajibkan login ke SIM NKMD (portal.fit.uii.ac.id) untuk mendapatkan kartu ujian online.
  7. Mahasiswa wajib memperlihatkan kartu ujian online kepada pengawas ujian saat akan memasuki ruang ujian. Setelah itu HP/gawai/laptop/Smartwatch mohon dimasukkan ke dalam tas dan diletakkan di depan (kecuali ada izin memakai perangkat elektronik dari dosen/pengawas).
  8. Apabila terdapat jadwal ujian yang bertabrakan (bentrok), dimohon 2 hari sebelum pelaksanaan ujian menghubungi Divisi Administrasi Akademik di Ruang Layanan Lantai Basement Gedung K.H. Mas Mansyur.
  9. Jika terjadi permasalahan terkait teknis ujian harap melaporkan kepada panitia ujian di ruang panitia di Ruang 01.06 lantai 1 Gedung K.H. Mas Mansyur sayap utara.
  10. Perkuliahan Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2024/2025 akan dimulai  2 September 2024.

TATA TERTIB UJIAN AKHIR SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN AKADEMIK 2023/2024

Ketentuan:

  1. Peserta Ujian adalah mahasiswa FTI-UII yang telah memenuhi syarat administrasi ujian akhir semester, yaitu telah melakukan pembayaran SPP Angsuran 4 TA. 2023/2024 dan presensi  kehadiran minimal 75%.
  2. Selama mengikuti ujian peserta harus berpakaian sopan/rapi/bersepatu, mahasiswa tidak diperkenankan mengenakan kaos oblong/topi/sandal/kacamata hitam.
  3. Peserta ujian WAJIB membawa peralatan ujian sendiri dan identitas yang memuat foto diri, seperti KTP, KTM atau SIM.
  4. Ujian hanya dilaksanakan pada jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.
  5. Batas peserta ujian yang terlambat hadir, maksimal 30 menit. Lebih dari 30 menit peserta ujian tidak diperkenankan mengikuti ujian.

Kewajiban dan Larangan Peserta Ujian selama ujian berlangsung.

  1. Wajib:
    – Mematikan segala alat komunikasi (smartphone, smartwatch, dan sejenisnya) kecuali ketentuan khusus soal.
    – Terdaftar di daftar hadir ujian oleh petugas.
    – Menunjukkan kartu identitas, yang memuat foto diri (KTM, SIM, atau KTP).
    – Mentaati tata tertib ujian, menjaga kebersihan dan ketenangan, bersikap sopan terhadap pengawas dan peserta ujian lainnya.
  2. Dilarang:
  • Izin ke kamar mandi saat ujian berlangsung. Peserta diberikan kesempatan ke kamar mandi sebelum ujian dimulai.
  • Mengerjakan soal di luar waktu yang ditetapkan.
  • Membuka catatan (buku dan sejenisnya), Smartphone, Smartwatch, Notebook (tablet dan sejenisnya) kecuali ada ketentuan yang memperbolehkan.
  • Saling pinjam-meminjam alat/sarana pendukung ujian.
  • Kerja sama/mencontek/sejenisnya.

Mohon diperhatikan:
– Meninggalkan ruang ujian berarti selesai mengerjakan ujian.
– Peserta ujian yang melanggar tata tertib ujian dapat dikenakan sanksi berupa: teguran dari pengawas, atau tidak diproses hasil ujiannya dan dianggap gugur, atau skorsing dari status kemahasiswaannya bagi peserta ujian yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan disiplin mahasiswa.

    We would like to inform all students of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas Islam Indonesia, regarding the Final Semester Exam (UAS) and Remedial Exam for the Even Semester Academic Year 2023/2024. The final exam will be held mainly on site at the faculty, with few exceptions will be held online. Please pay attention to the following information:

    1. According to the UII Academic Calendar, 2nd phase lectures of the Even Semester Academic Year 2023/2024 will end on 12 July 2024.
    2. The UAS will be held on 17-30 July 2024. For information on the schedule of the Even Semester Final Exams, see the following link: https://s.id/JadwalUASGenap23-24FTI 
    3. Remedial exam will be held on 12-16 August 2024. The students must conduct key-in on 6 & 7 August 2024. Here is the following schedule:

    2. Remedial Exam Bill 7 August 2024 start from 17:00 until 8 August 2024, 16:00 Remedial exam bill should refers to the cost stated in UIITagihan menu
    3. Remedial Exam 12-16 August 2024 The remedial exam schedule: Jadwal Remedial Genap 2023/2024 (Please frequently check the link above to get the latest exam schedule and class)
    1. If the bill doesn’t get paid until the specified time, it will be automatically deleted by the system even though you have keyed in. If the subject is still in the basket position (not yet keyed in) so it will not receive a bill, and you will not be registered as a remedial participant.
    2. The faculty will not serve key-in after remediation other than the Keyin date mentioned above (6 & 7 August 2024) according to the SK Rektor Nomor 473/SK-Rek/DLA/VII/2024.
    3. The remedial exam fee of the Even Semester Academic Year 2023/2024 could be seen in this link.
    4. Especially for MKWU courses, the UAS schedule can be seen at the following link (for questions about MKWU, please send mail to: [email protected]).
    5. Exam participants MUST bring their own test equipment and identity that includes a photo of themselves, such as KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), KTM (Student Card), or SIM (Driving License).
    6. Examinees are required to log in to the SIM NKMD to get an online exam card. 
    7. Examinees are required to show the online exam card to the staff when entering the exam room. After that, the cell phone, smartwatch, or gadget can be put in the bag and placed in front (unless there is permission to use the device from the lecturer/staff).
    8. If there is a conflicting exam schedule, please contact the Academic Administration Division 2 days before the exam in the Integrated Service Office on the basement floor of the Mas Mansyur Building.
    9. If there are problems related to the technical exam, please report them to the exam committee in the committee room in Room 01.06, 1st floor, Mas Mansyur Building, north wing.
    10. The lectures of Odd Semester Academic Year 2024/2025 will be held on 2 September 2024.

    EXAM RULES

    Regulation:

    1. Examination participants are FTI UII students who have met the final exam administrative requirements: minimum attendance is 75% and have paid the 4th installment Academic Year 2023/2024.
    2. While taking the exam participants must dress politely/neatly/wear shoes, students are not allowed to wear T-shirts/hats/sandals/black glasses.
    3. Exam participants MUST bring their own test equipment and identity that includes a photo of themselves, such as KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), KTM (Student Card), or SIM (Driving License).
    4. Exams are only carried out on a predetermined schedule.
    5. The limit for examinees who are late for attendance is maximum of 30 minutes. If the examinees arrive more than 30 minutes late, they are not allowed to participate in the exam.

    Obligations and Prohibitions of Examination Participants during the Exam.

    1. Must:
      – Turn off all communication devices (smartphones, smartwatch, and the like) except for the specific questions.
      – Registered on the examination attendance list by the official.
      – Show an identity card, which contains a photo of yourself (KTM, SIM, or KTP).
      – Obey exam rules, maintain cleanliness and calm, and be polite to officer and other examinees
    2. Don’t:
      – Work on questions outside the set time.
      – Open notes (books and the like) or notebooks (tablets and the like) unless there are provisions that allow it.
      – Collaboration/cheating/something like that.
    3. Pay attention:
      – Leaving the exam room means finishing the exam.
      – Examination participants who violate the exam rules may be subject to sanctions in the form of: a warning from the supervisor, or not processing their exam results and considered failing, or suspension from their student status for examinees who are proven to have committed violations as stipulated in the student discipline regulations.
