INFORMASI UJIAN AKHIR SEMESTER dan UJIAN REMEDIAL GANJIL 2025/2026 (Final Exam and Remedial Exam of Odd Semester 2025/2026)

Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,

Diberitahukan kepada seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Islam Indonesia, terkait pelaksanaan Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) dan Ujian Remedial Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2025/2026, berikut kami informasikan bahwa:

  1. Sesuai kalender akademik UII, perkuliahan tahap 2 berakhir tanggal  2 Januari 2026.
  2. Pelaksanaan UAS mengikuti jadwal UAS pada tanggal 9 – 23 Januari 2026, rincian jadwal UAS dapat diakses pada https://s.id/JadwalUASGanjil25-26FTIUII.
  3. Ujian Remedial dilaksanakan pada 6-12 Februari 2026 dan mahasiswa wajib melakukan key-in tanggal 30 Januari – 2 Februari 2026. Adapun Rincian Agenda Remedial sebagai berikut:
    1. Key-in

    (masa key-in dibuka 24 jam)

    mulai 30 Januari 2026 pukul 08:00 WIB

    sampai 2 Februari 2026 pukul 15:00 WIB

    2. Pembayaran (masa pembayaran dibuka 24 jam) mulai 2 Februari 2026 pukul 17:00 WIB sampai 3 Februari 2026 pukul 16:00 WIB Pembayaran biaya remedial sesuai dengan nilai yang tercantum pada UIITagihan di UIIGateway.
    3. Ujian Remedial 6-12 Februari 2026 Jadwal dan ruang Ujian Remedial bisa dilihat pada tautan: Jadwal Remedial Ganjil 2025/2026 (mohon secara berkala cek jadwal karena ada update jadwal dan ruang)
  4. Jika tidak melakukan pembayaran tagihan yang tertera sampai waktu yang ditentukan, maka mata kuliah remedial yang sudah diambil otomatis akan terhapus oleh sistem meskipun sudah melakukan key-in.
    *Jika masih pada posisi keranjang (belum keyin) tidak akan mendapat tagihan, dan tidak terdaftar sebagai peserta remedial.
  5. Fakultas Teknologi Industri tidak melayani key-in susulan remedial, Key in dilaksanakan tanggal 30 Januari – 2 Februari 2026.
  6. Peserta Ujian adalah mahasiswa FTI-UII yang telah memenuhi syarat administrasi ujian akhir semester dan ujian remedial, yaitu telah melakukan pembayaran SPP Angsuran 2 TA. 2025/2026 dan presensi kehadiran minimal 75%.
    Kendala presensi yang belum memenuhi 75%, mahasiswa dimohon menghubungi dosen pengampu mata kuliah atau menghubungi Divisi Administrasi Akademik di Ruang Layanan Lantai Basement Gedung K.H. Mas Mansyur, 3 hari sebelum pelaksanaan ujian. Agar pelaksanaan ujian saudara berjalan lancar.
  7. Khusus MKWU, mengikuti ketentuan dari Universitas (Direktorat Layanan Akademik) yang dapat dilihat pada tautan berikut ini (informasi MKWU: [email protected]).
  8. Peserta ujian wajib membawa kartu identitas (KTM, KTP atau SIM) ketika mengikuti ujian.
  9. Mahasiswa diwajibkan login ke SIM NKMD (portal.fit.uii.ac.id) untuk mendapatkan kartu ujian online.
  10. Mahasiswa wajib memperlihatkan kartu ujian online kepada pengawas ujian saat akan memasuki ruang ujian. Setelah itu HP atau gawai bisa dimasukkan ke dalam tas dan diletakkan di depan (kecuali ada izin memakai perangkat gawai dari dosen/pengawas).
  11. Apabila terdapat jadwal ujian yang bertabrakan (bentrok), dimohon 3 hari sebelum pelaksanaan ujian menghubungi Divisi Administrasi Akademik di Ruang Layanan Lantai Basement Gedung K.H. Mas Mansur serta mengisi form berikut https://s.id/BentrokKelasUjian
  12. Jika terjadi permasalahan terkait teknis ujian harap melaporkan kepada panitia ujian di ruang panitia di Ruang 02.17 lantai 2 Gedung K.H. Mas Mansur sayap utara.
  13. Perkuliahan Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2025/2026 akan dimulai 2 Maret 2026.

TATA TERTIB UJIAN

Ketentuan:

  1. Selama mengikuti ujian peserta harus berpakaian sopan/rapi/bersepatu, mahasiswa tidak diperkenankan mengenakan kaos oblong/topi/sandal/kacamata hitam.
  2. Mahasiswa yang berpakaian tidak sesuai ketentuan di atas, tidak diperbolehkan mengikuti ujian.
  3. Peserta ujian WAJIB membawa peralatan ujian sendiri dan identitas yang memuat foto diri, seperti KTP, KTM atau SIM.
  4. Ujian hanya dilaksanakan pada jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.
  5. Batas peserta ujian yang terlambat hadir, maksimal 15 menit. Lebih dari 15 menit peserta ujian tidak diperkenankan mengikuti ujian.

Kewajiban dan Larangan Peserta Ujian selama ujian berlangsung.

  1. Wajib:
    – Mematikan segala alat komunikasi (smartphone dan sejenisnya) kecuali ketentuan khusus soal.
    – Terdaftar di daftar hadir ujian oleh petugas.
    – Menunjukkan kartu identitas, yang memuat foto diri (KTM, SIM, atau KTP).
    – Mentaati tata tertib ujian, menjaga kebersihan dan ketenangan, bersikap sopan terhadap pengawas dan peserta ujian lainnya.
  2. Dilarang:
  • Izin ke kamar mandi saat ujian berlangsung. Peserta diberikan kesempatan ke kamar mandi sebelum ujian dimulai.
  • Mengerjakan soal di luar waktu yang ditetapkan.
  • Membuka catatan (buku dan sejenisnya), Hp, Smartwatch, Notebook (tablet dan sejenisnya) kecuali ada ketentuan yang memperbolehkan.
  • Saling pinjam-meminjam alat/sarana pendukung ujian.
  • Kerja sama/mencontek/sejenisnya.

Mohon diperhatikan:
– Meninggalkan ruang ujian berarti selesai mengerjakan ujian.
– Peserta ujian yang melanggar tata tertib ujian dapat dikenakan sanksi berupa: teguran dari pengawas, atau tidak diproses hasil ujiannya dan dianggap gugur, atau skorsing dari status kemahasiswaannya bagi peserta ujian yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan disiplin mahasiswa.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,

It is announced to all students of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas Islam Indonesia the implementation of the Final Exam (UAS) and Remedial Examination for Odd Term, Academic Year 2025/2026, as follows:

  1. Following the UII academic calendar, the second half of the semester ended on January 2, 2026.
  2. The final exam will start on January 9 – January 23, 2026, the exam schedule can be accessed at https://s.id/JadwalUASGanjil25-26FTIUII
  3. The Remedial Exam will be held on February 6 – February 12, 2026, and self-registration (key-in process) must be conducted starting January 30 – February 2, 2026. The details of the Remedial Agenda are described as follows:
    1. Subject Registration (Key-in) will be accommodated for 24 hours starting January 30, 2026, at 08:00 WIB

    until February 2, 2026, at 15:00 WIB

    2. Payment (accommodated for 24 hours) starting Februari 2, 2026, at 17:00 WIB until February 3, 2026, at 16:00 WIB Outstanding payment for the remedial exam is stated on UIITagihan on UIIGateway.
    3. Remedial Exam February 6 – February 12, 2026 Remedial exam schedules and location is available at the link: Odd Remedial Schedule 2025/2026 (please check the schedule regularly for updates (if any)

     

  4. For the unsettled payment that cannot be fulfilled under the predetermined time, the registered subjects will be automatically deleted from the system.
    *For subject(s) in the basket position, the outstanding payment will not be sent to students, and he/she will be excluded as remedial participants.
  5. The Faculty of Industrial Technology does not provide late remedial registration (key-in). Key-in will be held on January 30 – February 2, 2026.
  6. Exam Participants are registered as students of the Faculty of Industrial Technology UII who have completed the entire administrative requirements for the final exam, which include the settlement of the 2nd tuition fee installment 2025/2026, and meet a minimum attendance of 75%. Regarding minimum attendance (failed to fulfill 75% attendance requirement), students are asked to contact the lecturer 3 days before the implementation of the test.
  7. Specifically for the University’s Compulsory Courses (MKWU), the exam schedule complies with the provisions of Universitas Islam Indonesia (Directorate of Academic Services) which can be accessed at the following link (more MKWU information please contact [email protected]).
  8. Participants must bring an identity card (KTM, KTP, or SIM) when taking the exam.
  9. Students are required to log in to SIM NKMD (portal.fit.uii.ac.id) to get an online admit card.
  10. Students are required to show their online exam card to the supervisor when entering the room. The utilization of electronic gadgets is prohibited (such as Cell Phone/Laptop/Smartwatch) unless there is specific and written instruction from the lecturer/exam supervisor, to use an electronic device.
  11. For any conflicting test schedule please contact the Academic Administration Division in the Basement Floor Service Room of the K.H. Building. Mas Mansur, 3 days before the implementation of the test, and fill out the form in the following link https://s.id/BentrokKelasUjian.
  12. Any issues related to the exam implementation, please report them to the exam committee in Room 02.17, 2nd floor, K.H. Mas Mansur Building, located in the north wing of the building.
  13. Even Semester 2025/2026 will begin on March 2, 2026.

RULES FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATION

General Rules:

  1. While taking the exam, participants must dress politely/neatly/in shoes, and students are not allowed to wear t-shirts/hats/sandals/sunglasses.
  2. Students who do not obey the dressing guidance, won’t be allowed to take the exam.
  3. It is a MUST for exam participants to bring their exam equipment and identification containing a photo of themselves, such as KTP, KTM, or SIM.
  4. Exams are only carried out on a predetermined schedule.
  5. The students must present in class to take the exam, a maximum of 15 minutes after the exam starts. For more than 15 minutes, examinees are not permitted to take the exam.

Obligations and Prohibitions of Exam Participants during the Exam.

  1. Do:
    – Power down all communication devices (such as smartphones, smartwatches, and/or similar items), except for special circumstances as outlined, regarding the exam.
    – Registered in the attendance list.
    – Prepare an identification card with a photo (Student Card/KTM, Driver License/SIM, or Identity Card/KTP).
    – Follow the exam rules, keep the class clean and quiet, and show respect to class supervisors and fellow participants.
  2. Don’t:
  • Leave the classroom to use the restroom during the exam. Participants are allowed to use the restroom before the test begins.
  • Work on questions beyond the allotted time.
  • Open notes (books and similar items), smartphones, smartwatches, and notebooks (tablets and the like), unless it is allowed.
  • Share writing tools and others during exams.
  • Cheat on exams or perform activities similar to that.
  1. Please notice that:
    – Leaving the exam room means you have finished taking the exam.
    – Exam participants who violate exam rules may be subject to sanctions in the form of a warning from the supervisor, exam results will not be processed and will be considered disqualified, or suspension from their student’s active status to those who are proven to have committed violations as regulated in the student disciplinary regulations.
