Key-In RAS Information for the 2026/2027 Odd Semester at FTI UII

The Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas Islam Indonesia, announces the Key-In RAS schedule and academic registration guidelines for the 2026/2027 Odd Semester.
The 2026/2027 Odd Semester begins with the registration of students’ study plans, commonly known as Key-In RAS. Students are required to complete the Key-In RAS process, as failure to do so will affect their academic status and result in an inactive status.
The Key-In RAS process applies not only to students enrolling in regular courses but also to students who are currently working on their Undergraduate Thesis, Final Project, or preparing for their Undergraduate Thesis Defense.
Key-In RAS Requirement
Before completing the RAS Key-in, students are required to have fully paid their tuition fees:

⏰ 24-Hour Access: The Key-In process is available 24 hours throughout the scheduled period. The same applies to the Key-In Revision period.
Key-In Procedure at FTI UII
Please note that FTI UII does not conduct a Pre-Key-In phase. Students are responsible for conducting their own Key-In, except for students in study programs where courses are bundled by the department. For these students, the Key-In process will be handled by academic staff.
Students are strongly advised to ensure that the Key-In process has been completed successfully. A course appearing only in the registration basket does not mean that the Key-In process has been completed.
To verify the successful Key-In process, students can access the Fill or Report menu in the UII RAS system.

Academic Leave Application
Students planning to take academic leave must submit their application through UIIGateway.
Academic Leave Application Period:

Students are encouraged to carefully review all schedules and requirements and ensure that their Key-In RAS has been successfully completed within the designated period.
